Jayson’s back. Or is it Jayne? Sits on nest for a only a moment, then gets up & starts moving the eggs around. What do you do with a broken egg? Then EEWWWWWWWW! Eating – eating something black, stretching a stringy black thing, pulling it out of the nest. Eating, eating, ECK! That is not good.
I was so horrified by the spectacle I forgot to “id” who was doing the eating…….EEWWW, cleaning out the nest – left the nest & started eating the egg shell – what, to get rid of the evidence? For sanitary reasons? Bummer – only 2 eggs left… ECK. You can just see the shell in beak in the grainy picture.
Cannibals! Even if it is nature, it’s still gross.
