Order Processing
Please note we can only ship within the United States at this time.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within three to five
business days of receipt of payment. Orders are processed on
a first-come first served basis and based on item
availability. If an item is backordered, you will receive an
email with an estimated ship date. The rest of your order
will go out as scheduled. Your backordered item will ship
separately when it becomes available. In some cases, you may
be offered a substitute item by email. If you accept the substitute
item, it will be shipped instead, thereby cancelling your original
backordered item.
Handling
Our shipping rates
include a small handling fee for the processing your order.
This fee pays for packing labor and materials, including any interior
padding. Your package is then given the paw of approval by
Auggie before it is taken to the Post Office!
Shipping
Please note we can
only ship within the United States at this time. Orders are
processed Monday through Friday. Please allow three to five business
days for order processing before your package is shipped. Please be
aware that longer delays may occur during busy holiday seasons or due
to high volume of orders from dog shows and pet adoption fairs. No
shipping will take place on weekends or holidays. (We will be
outside playing with the dogs!)
All items are subject
to availability. In the case of a backordered item, you will be
notified by email as soon as possible with an estimated ship
date.
Shipping rates are
based on a rate scale as listed in our rate chart, using Priority mail
from the United States Postal Service. Most items will be
shipped by Priority Mail. NOTE: In the event that an
order consists solely of 1-6 single greeting cards, First Class Mail
service will be used. We cannot be held responsible for
any delays caused by the United States Postal Service.

really really really need want instant gratification and want your
order fast, please email info@TwoLittleDogs.com
for an rate quote for FedEx overnight deliveries. You must
include your name, address and a list of products and
quantities. We will put together your order and send you a Money
Request through PayPal via email for your
order. Shipping would take place upon receipt of payment.

Two Little Dogs does
not currently offer shipping insurance, however, your packages can be
tracked online using the United States Post Office website.
If your package was damaged during shipping, please email info@TwoLittleDogs.com
within 3 days of receipt, and we will send instructions.
Returns
& Exchanges
Two Little Dogs want
you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to
exchange an item you will need an exchange authorization
number. Please email info@TwoLittleDogs.com
with your request to exchange, describe the reason for the exchange and
do this within 7 days of receiving the goods.
We will send you an
email with an exchange authorization number. Include
this number with the item in the original packaging, in the original
unused condition. Please note, items may only be
exchanged, not refunded at this time.
Custom-Made
Services
Our waiting list for
custom-made, personally-designed costumes for dogs is currently full
through the end of 2009.
