Two
Little Dogs is a “Mom
and Pup” e-tail shop committed to the philosophy that one should spread
lots of joy and dog toys whenever one can.
Begun
in 2005, Two Little
Dogs was inspired by two real little dogs, Shaanti and Mickey.
Combining her love of dogs and costumes, owner Jaci Rohr began
developing amusing greeting cards featuring Shaanti and Mickey dressed
to the canines with elaborate sets as backdrops. Costume fittings
became fun bonding exercises with Shaanti and Mickey begging for their
next fitting – they would do anything for rotisserie chicken! They even
insisted on being involved as business pawtners.
This
foray into dog-themed
gifts morphed into a travelling business selling “presents for pets,
and their people, too,” frequenting Pet Adoption Fairs, AKC Dog Shows,
Dog Agility Meets, and various gift markets as a vendor.
Jaci
was also a set
costumer on the hit TV show 24 and is a product development consultant
for Cesar Millan, Inc., the business end of the Dog Whisperer with
Cesar Millan. She is the co-designer, along with Cesar’s wife Ilusion,
of the bestselling integrated training accessories the Illusion Collar
and Leash Set, patent pending.
Jaci
currently works at
Paramount Studios Production Archives maintaining vintage jewelry and
costumes from such hit Paramount films as Hotel for Dogs, the favorite
movie of her current two little dogs, Auggie and Maezi.
A
portion of the sales of
certain products will go to support selected non-profit dog-related
charities. The product pages list the particular charity.
Jaci
and her musician husband, Gregg Miner, are constantly amused by the
antics of their two little dogs.
